TVT checks content for deviations across file formats and languages, finding removed or added text and changes in reading order. It also flags style discrepancies (text font size and formatting), language-specific formatting issues (numbers or date formats), and errors in tables, including multi-page tables with complex formatting, and more.

TVT can run checks on Adobe Illustrator files, Word and Excel, HTML, PDF, PPT, XML files, and more. It can verify content between any file format, for example, not only Word-to-Word comparison, but also Word-to-PDF or Word-to-HTML, and so on. It can also compare text in any language that uses Unicode fonts.
Can TVT check printed materials?
No, TVT can only check digital files pre-print, including URLs embedded in barcodes or 2D codes.
Which compliance regulations does TVT take into account?
TVT facilitates compliance with FDA regulations (21 CFR Part 11) and EMA regulations (Annex 11).
It helps comply with EU 1169/2011, EC 1223/2009, CLP (EC 1272/2008) & GHS, eCFR: 40 CFR Part 156 — Labeling Requirements for Pesticides and Devices, Classification, Labeling and Packaging (CLP) Regulation ((EC) No 1272/2008).
TVT also helps with Reading Order verification for Section 508 (US) and the EU Accessibility Act, EU Regulation No 1169/2011, FHIR & PLA XML documents and HTML comparisons, as well as food allergens across Europe and the United States and MoCRA for cosmetics.

For customers using the desktop version, we roll out updates once a year. Every TVT version is validated prior to release, and we offer validation support for companies that need to complete validation in-house.
